Causes:

  • Bacteria, parasites, viruses (including norovirus)
  • Food poisoning due east.g. from food that has been improperly stored
  • Consumption of irritating food, drink or medication
  • Pregnancy
  • Overeating or overdrinking (especially booze)
  • Stress and anxiety
  • Taking antibiotics recently

Symptoms:

Symptoms may include intestinal pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and fever. People may experience very ill and vomit many times a day. Well-nigh people improve within three days. Transmission:

Call for medical intendance if you lot:

Prevention:

  • Wash hands frequently with soap and h2o and wash for at least 15 seconds, specially later on toilet visits and before eating.
